Terms & Conditions at Haunted360.com


Shipping and Delivery
We generally ship your order within 3-5 business days. No same-day shipments are guaranteed. However, feel free to contact us if we can get an order out faster. Depending on your area and or country, shipping rates are either higher than usual. If items are back-ordered due to a mistake in stock levels on our site, we will pay the additional shipping. If an item is marked as back-ordered before checkout, the customer will need to pay the additional shipping. Please be aware that there can be a minimum amount of time before insurance can be paid for orders shipped through Australian Post. Typically, 45 days for international orders. If there is a flammable item that may need to be shipped, it can only be shipped within Australia utilising only Ground Transport. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and fees. We cannot undervalue merchandise on customs or forums, or declare it as a gift as this invalidates insurance and it is illegal.



Returns and Replacements
Products in re-sellable condition can be returned up to 30 days after they have been received.[1,2] A Merchandise authorisation number is required for all returns. This is included with all of our purchases. The warranty stickers on our products must not be void or tampered with. Sending us an item with a voided sticker and or defected label, will terminate all warranties and or returns. Insured and track able return shipping is the responsibility of the customer - although we may cover this in some cases. We do not replace loss in the mail - select 'Insurance' to cover this however when purchasing from the eStore.



Payment Options
Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. We do not take credit card information personaly. All payments are handled by PayPal. PO boxes are accepted for your security, however you must ensure that the PO box provider will hold your package. We do not accept loss of items if you provide the wrong information and or if you are not there to collect your item(s). We do not accept phone orders. Please order using our interface in the official Haunted360.com eStore.



Competitions
There is no favoritism. All entrants and winners are chosen randomly, using a program developed in Visual Basic by Haunted360. All enteies are based on the amount paments through PayPal. We do not accept anything else so do not ask us please. You may enter as many times as you like. This will also increase the odds of winning, and will also increase the number of entrants for the competition.

There must be an entry of 10 or more entrants for the competition to actually be valid, active and take off. If there is less than or there are under 10 entrants, then the winner of that date specified will receive confirmation that there has not been 10 entrants. There will be no refunds given underany circumstances. It is recommended to notify friends to enter, so the competition can take off and be valid. There are no refunds for the winning item. Please read all the information about the item on the competitions page for what the prize may be. If you are uncomfortable with this, then send a message to Haunted360 for a more detailed explanation of the prize. Postage will vary from country, weight and the size / shape of the item to be won. You will be notified with a quote for postage. If you do not want to spend $x.xx amount of dollars on that item for the postage - Then the item will go to the next runner up in the list from the Visual Basic program. If that chosen runner up does not want to pay for the postage costs either, it will then go to the next runner up, and so on.



Members Rules.
By signing up for Haunted360.com, you agree to the following terms below corresponding to the Members Rules.

You must not swear to another person,
You must not harass or control the chat,
You must not use any other language besides English,
You must not use abusive or inappropriate language at any time,
You agree to the 'Privacy Policy' terms and conditions.

If any, of these rules are broken - your account will be removed and or suspended until further notice.
You will also be banned by IP as we log everything that goes on our site.

From being a Member, you have the option to chat online for free (if this feature exists) with other members. If a member is harassing or has broken any of the above rules, contact the site owner from the contact section as soon as possible. The user, will then be banned by IP and their account removed permanently.

[1]This only includes Portables made by Haunted360 and some products that we sell. We will come to an agreement depending on the issue that needs to be addressed.
